We are a digital real-estate advertising and information services platform dedicated to making access to the real-estate sector easy, convenient and quick for our users. By using our website, services, network, applications or accessing any content provided by Property1.pk, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, i.e., our standard terms and conditions and Privacy Policy set out below.

For the purposes of the Terms of Use, a ‘user’ is anyone who uses our services, including those users who use our services pursuant to a contract for services.

You, the user, understand and agree that:

General disclaimer

As an online portal, Property1.pk cannot authenticate any content advertised at Property1.pk.
Users shall at all times conduct independent checks and verify the authenticity of any property, or project.
We recommend our users to conduct proper due diligence, including physical inspection of the properties before engaging in any negotiations with any agent or person displaying property at our portal.
We do not take responsibility for any third-party advertiser displaying property at Property1.pk.
We do not accept any responsibility for any external website for which links are displayed at Property1.pk. By clicking on the link, you will navigate away from and exit Property1.pk.
The security / confidentiality and accuracy of the user’s account is the user’s responsibility. Please keep your personal information confidential and only provide Property1.pk with the necessary and correct information in relation to your account.
Views expressed by users are their own.
If you do not agree to any of terms of the Terms of Use, please do not use our services.
The Terms of Use may be amended from time to time by Property1.pk at its sole discretion without providing any notice to any user / party. Such amendments shall be effective immediately.
If you use Property1.pk in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Use, Property1.pk may remove your advertisements and block / restrict your access to Property1.pk.

General Terms and Conditions

Property1.pk is not intended to provide financial, investment or real-estate advice.
Service may include advertisements.
Unless you subscribe to our agent service, we do not act as property agents.
We do not represent you or the other users looking for property or advertising their property or properties at Property1.pk and will not assist any party in the lease or sale / purchase of any property.
Property1.pk is not responsible in any way for the outcome of any negotiations you may have with any actual or potential buyer / seller, lessor/lessee, landlord/tenant in relation to any property advertised at Property1.pk.
You are required to comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
You will not copy and republish / advertise any content advertised at or produced by Property1.pk.
You will not upload any harmful material on Property1.pk, including any viruses, worms, malware, spam, pyramid schemes or other fraudulent schemes.
Property1.pk may assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations hereunder or under any agreement with any user.
Users may not assign, novate, subcontract or transfer their rights or obligations hereunder or under any agreement(s) with Property1.pk, without Property1.pk’s prior written consent.

Terms and Conditions regarding Advertisement of Property on Property1.pk

You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise for sale / rent at Property1.pk or you have been duly authorized by the owner of the property you are advertising for sale / rent at Property1.pk.
You agree to indemnity and hold Property1.pk, its employees, officers, consultants and agents harmless against any claims, losses or damages resulting from your advertisement at Property1.pk.
You must at all times comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Property1.pk may refuse to advertise your property or properties at its sole discretion without affording any reason.
Property1.pk may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion without affording any reason.
You represent and warrant that the particulars of the property are true and accurate and any other information regarding the property is true and accurate and agree to indemnify and hold Property1.pk harmless in case of any breach of such representation or warranty.
You must not have been suspended from the use of our services.
You must have legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and to advertise property at Property1.pk.
Unless permitted by Property1.pk as per a separate agreement, and with the consent of the legal owners of the property/properties, you may only use our services for yourself in relation to your property/properties.
You may be required to pay fees / charges in relation to some of our services as per our policies and promotions.
You will not to change or remove any copyright notice published on Property1.pk.
You will not misrepresent any information or provide false / inaccurate information regarding any property advertised at Property1.pk.
No information contained at Property1.pk shall constitute an invitation or an offer to invest in any property. Further, nothing published on Property1.pk should be considered as a recommendation by Property1.pk.
You will not advertise any property using any copyrighted information, or information that you do not have permission to use.
Property1.pk offers no guarantee or warrantees that there would be a positive response or any response, once the property is put on display. Any payments made to Property1.pk in this regard are solely for the purposes of display of the property advertised.
You will not remove any advertisement for a property for at least a period of one week after publishing the same on Property1.pk.
You will not interfere in other users’ enjoyment of the services.
You will not create links from any website or webpage to any page or site on Property1.pk, express with Property1.pk’s express written permission.
Property1.pk may, at its sole discretion and without providing any reasons, suspend your services (even paid services), in case of any violation, or alleged violation, of the terms of this Terms of Use and in case of any delayed or non-payment of any amount due to Property1.pk, for an indefinite period of time. Property1.pk will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses or other actual or alleged claims in this regard. The user shall indemnify and hold Property1.pk harmless against any claims or third-party claims as a result of the user’s violation of the Terms of Use or non-payment for services provided by Property1.pk.

Intellectual Property

All content at Property1.pk, including our services, such as logos, pictures / images, video / audio clips, codified information, text, graphics, icons, images and general data and data compilation, and software and applications is the property of the Property1.pk or, in specified cases, of its users and content generators / suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

Policy on Prohibited Use

You will not use the services provided by Property1.pk for any prohibited or illegal use.
Property1.pk and its content is the registered intellectual property of the Property1.pk and you will not carry out any activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of the Property1.pk.
You will not compromise the system security or integrity of our services or website.
You will not reproduce, display, amend, modify, republish, distribute, display, advertise or otherwise provide access to, disassemble or decompile any part of our services, except as explicitly permitted by Property1.pk.
You will not display, upload or advertise any property or information that infringes any third-party’s intellectual property. You will indemnify and hold harmless Property1.pk and its employees, officers and agents against any and all copyright infringement claims in relation to your actions.
You will not misrepresent or impersonate another person or entity.
Regardless of whether you have subscribed for a paid service, in case of any prohibited use, your account and services will be suspended for an indefinite period at the discretion of Property1.pk. You will not be entitled to any payment, resumption of services or reimbursement as a result thereof.

General Indemnification / Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything set out above, each user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Property1.pk, its officers, agents, consultants, employees, directors, affiliates from and against any and all claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, demands and damages (of whatsoever nature) and expenses (including legal fees) due to, or resulting from, any breach of the Terms of Use or a breach of any user representation, warranty or covenant.
Property1.pk will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to use Property1.pk, its content or links.
Property1.pk assumes no responsibility for any incorrect information or false information published by users at Property1.pk.
Property1.pk assumes no responsibility for any defect, deletion, omission, error, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized/illegal access to or alteration of user’s data/information. Moreover, Property1.pk shall not be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of its on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software.
In any case, irrespective of number or types of the claim(s) initiated against Property1.pk, Property1.pk’s maximum aggregate liability to any user, in respect of any loss (of whatsoever nature) whether such claim(s) arises in contract or in tort shall not exceed a sum total of the value of the amount received by Property1.pk from the said user in relation to the matter giving rise to the said claim(s).

No Warranties

Property1.pk, its officers, employees or consultants provide no warranty as to its services or any information displayed at Property1.pk.
Property1.pk excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
